This listing contains a downloadable 20 mins long Guided Meditation and a pdf with a link to a video where I tell you all the steps I have taken to change my flying experiences from total panic and paralyzing fear to travelling without anxiety and even enjoying it at times. I created this meditation for myself and it has played a huge role in my progress. Now I want to share it with you to help you calm your thoughts, relax your body and to help you feel safe and protected during any flight.

Please use headphones and listen to this meditation a couple of times prior to your trip, and once on the day of your flight before boarding and then again during the flight. I am confident that it will help you feel better and with time you will be able to fly any distance without fear or anxiety.

Please note that the guided meditation is 18 mins long (meaning I speak for 18 mins), the 2 mins after is just calming music.
